Joan Leigh Hall vanished from Warrenton, Oregon. On 30 September 1983. where he dropped her off and then left. But somewhere along Main Street, Joanie met her fate. And disappeared forever. Both of Joanie's parents went to their own graves eleven years later. And whoever took Joanie Hall, also murdered her parents But somebody in that small Oregon Coast community of Warrenton, knows what happened. It was a Friday. She was 17 years old.
Her classmate, Michael K. Moore, told the authorities that he had given her a ride
from Warrenton High School to the Warrenton Mini Mart on East Harbour Street in Downtown Warrenton
Because she never showed up at the grade school where she helped tutor
the younger children in her Aunt Ruth's classroom. There has been no sign of her
has ever found.
Joanie Hall remains missing after for almost 30 years.
She is watching and will help us find her resting place
and hopefully lead us to her abductor
Both not knowing what had happened to their beloved youngest child.
just as surely as if they had been shot through the heart.
And theirs was a long and slow torturous death.
And I hope that person will now speak up on behalf of this girl.
This crime is not over.

Joanies oldest beloved sister, Charlotte Hall Packard, passed away on March 4, 2010.

But Charlotte died without her greatest wish coming true.
